Our next guest announcement for PLAY Expo Blackpool 2025 is game designer Matt Householder who is also coming over from the US for this year's expo. 

Matt's game career spans 1981 to 2021: highlights being coin-op "Krull" (designer/programmer), Colecovision "Moon Patrol" (programmer/artist/sfx), Atari ST operating system (programmer), Epyx' "Winter Games", "World Games", and "California Games" (producer/creator/designer), Blizzard's "Diablo" and "Diablo II" (producer/writer/UI designer), and Disney Interactive's "Kitchen Scramble" (co-creator/designer).

He will be giving a talk about his career hosted by Paul Drury on either Saturday or Sunday - date and time TBC. After his talk he will take part in a meet and greet session where you can purchase his book and posters, have photos with him and have any of your own games that he worked on signed by the man himself!
