We’re excited to welcome Blackpool & the Fylde College (B&FC) back to PLAY Expo Blackpool once again, but this time they're bringing everyone! We have the best of their School of Computing and for 2026 we also have the School of Arts are returning too and the team plans to give visitors the chance to discover courses, meet staff, and get hands-on with inspiring projects.

At the School of Computing, you’ll find pathways from school-leaver programmes right through to specialist degrees in software engineering, networking, cyber security, games development and more. Whether you dream of coding the next big hit, designing networks, or exploring digital futures, the team will be on hand to answer your questions.

The School of Arts joins PLAY Expo Blackpool again in 2026! Offering creative courses in photography, fashion (or in the case of this savvy writer, Fashion & Costume), graphic design, media production, music and performance, the school connects creativity with real-world careers in the arts and media industries. Staff will showcase student work and share how courses can help turn passion into a profession.

Alongside their expo stand, B&FC is will ve hosting an exciting programme of Side Quest workshops each day — hands-on sessions where you can roll up your sleeves, learn new skills, and walk away with something you’ve made yourself. Sign Ups will be posted close to the show date.
